Buffy Owens' commitment to the study of and care for the human being dates back to 1994, when she first began her studies as a massage therapist. Eventually she traded in her massage table for more academic pursuits and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology (the study of the movement of the body), a minor in Psychology all with an emphasis in Neuroscience. Buffy is passionate about working with those with chronic pain, women who are pregnant and children with special needs. She is currently a Feldenkrais Guild authorized student Awareness Through Movement® teacher and teaches both private and public Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons in Normal Heights and throughout San Diego. Anita Noone was born in Cheverly, Maryland and has lived in Southern California since 1979. She teaches both private and public Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes®.
